What we install and service
One partner for the whole breakroom
Start with one service or bring the entire room together. Every program is built around your headcount, your space and what your team actually eats.

Micro-Markets
Sleek, self-service mini-stores with far more selection than a machine, and entirely customizable to your space.
Learn more about micro-markets
An open, self-checkout store in your breakroom: shelving, a cooler case for fresh food, and a kiosk that takes card, tap and mobile pay.
Space and headcount. A standard build needs roughly 75 to 120 square feet for two shelving runs, a cooler and a kiosk. A compact version fits in 50 to 100. A full convenience layout with multiple coolers wants 120 to 200. Markets start making sense at about 25 people on site and come into their own past 50.
What about theft. Industry shrink runs about 3 to 4 percent, and closer to 10 where nothing is done about it. Markets with cameras, a live monitor at the kiosk and real-time inventory tracking hold under 2 percent. The most common method is cancelling a transaction after taking the item, which is exactly what an on-screen monitor deters. We reconcile inventory against sales, so gaps show up in reporting rather than going unnoticed.
Fresh food. Coolers carry sandwiches, salads, protein packs, fruit and grab-and-go meals, rotated on our service visits so nothing sits past date.

Vending Machines
Top-of-the-line equipment, from refrigerated ice cream to beverages, with cashless payment built in.
Learn more about vending
Current-generation equipment, placed and serviced by us, sized to the traffic in that spot rather than to whatever space was left over.
Payment. Tap, chip, swipe and mobile wallets are standard on every unit. Cash still works. Nobody walks away from a machine that will not take a crumpled five.
We usually know before you call. Our equipment reports sales and faults remotely, so restocking runs on what actually sold, and a jam or a warm cooler flags itself.
Product mix and fit. Snacks, cold drinks, combination units where space is tight, frozen, and fresh food where traffic supports it. You approve the list before launch and we adjust from sales data. Low-sugar and high-protein options can be a defined share if you want a wellness standard actually held.

Office Coffee
A coffee shop experience in your break room: single-cup, high-volume, French press or espresso.
Learn more about coffee
Six ways to make coffee at work. The right one depends on your headcount, your morning peak, and whether anyone on site wants to touch the machine.
Single-serve, nothing to plumb. Sealed packs brew one drink at a time, with no grounds and no water line required. Best where variety matters more than volume, including conference rooms.
Bean-to-cup. Whole beans ground fresh per cup, 30 or more drinks from a touchscreen. Needs power and water. The best cup in the lineup and the most hands-on, so we place one where someone will own a daily wipe-down, or where we are on site often enough to do it ourselves.
Liquid concentrate and batch brewing. Concentrate mixed with filtered hot water is the lowest-maintenance option we carry and the right answer for manufacturing floors and 24/7 operations. Pots and airpots still win for meetings and volume.
How we size and stock it. We size to your people and your morning peak, not your counter space. Past a station's capacity we add a station rather than push it. No standard product kit either: a tea-drinking population gets chai and black tea, a health-forward site gets oat milk and unsweetened options.

Break Room Supplies
Paper products, condiments and cleaning essentials, kept stocked so the room always works.
Learn more about pantry service
A managed pantry, not a snack box drop. Delivery leaves boxes at your dock. A managed program leaves a room that is stocked, organized and ready.
What it covers. Snacks and beverages, coffee condiments, cups, lids, plates and cutlery, paper towels and cleaning essentials, plus bulk items like cereal, oatmeal, nuts and fresh fruit.
Every visit. We restock, rotate so nothing expires, face the displays, check levels against par and leave the room clean. Nobody on your team counts anything or places an order.
Dietary range and cost visibility. Gluten-free, vegan, keto and low-sugar are normal requests here, not special orders. We report consumption, so you see what is actually being used rather than inferring it from invoices.

Water & Ice
Bottled water through full filtration systems, plus SmartWell flavored seltzer on tap.
Learn more about water and ice
Filtered water and ice plumbed into your space, so nobody is lifting jugs or finding somewhere to store them.
Bottleless rather than bottled. A plumbed system filters on demand, which removes jug deliveries, the storage corner, the lifting and the empties.
Filtration and ice. Sediment and carbon for particulates and taste, reverse osmosis where you want dissolved solids reduced further, and UV where sanitation is the priority. Ice machines with inlet filtration, antimicrobial components and self-cleaning cycles.
Sanitation is ours. Filters change on schedule, generally every 6 to 12 months depending on the unit and your usage, with sanitation cycles on the same visit. We track the interval rather than waiting for someone to notice the taste changed.

The questions we get most
What does this cost us?
For most locations, nothing. We own, install and maintain the equipment and earn our return on product sales. You provide the space and a power outlet. If you would rather subsidize products or offer employee credits, we can build that in.
How many employees do we need?
Our programs generally fit locations with 50 or more people on site. Smaller or lower-traffic sites can still work. Tell us your numbers and we will be straight with you about fit.
How long does installation take, and will it disrupt us?
Installation is completed within a day! We can schedule off-hours or between shifts, bring everything with us, and leave the space clean and stocked.
What happens when something breaks or runs out?
Our equipment reports inventory and faults remotely, so we often know before you do. When you do need us, a local technician responds within the day.
Are we locked into a long contract?
No long contracts with complicated outs. We put service commitments in writing, and if we do not hold up our end you are not trapped.
Can we choose the products, including healthier options?
Yes. You approve the product list before launch, and we adjust it based on what actually sells. We also offer consultations with our in-house dietician for health-focused programs.
Do the machines take cards and phones?
Tap, chip, swipe and mobile wallets are standard on every unit we install. Cash still works too.
We already have a vendor. Is switching a hassle?
It is the easiest part. We coordinate the changeover, remove the old equipment and install ours, usually with no gap in service for your team.
