Smart coolers
Fresh food where a market will not fit.
A secure grab-and-go cooler unlocks with a card or your phone and charges for what your team takes out. It fits a lobby, an upper floor or a satellite building.

How it works
One door, one tap, done.
Your team taps a card or a phone to open the door, takes what they want and closes it, and the cooler charges for what came out. There is no kiosk to stand in line for, and inventory tracking on every door tells us what to restock.
- Card, tap and mobile wallet entry.
- Fresh meals, drinks and grab-and-go items.
- Remote inventory tracking on every door.
- A small footprint for lobbies, upper floors and satellite buildings.
- The answer where a full market will not fit and a machine is not enough.

Before you ask
Questions about smart coolers.
What is the difference between a smart cooler and a micro market?
A micro market is an open store with shelving, coolers and a checkout kiosk, and it needs room for all three. A smart cooler is one secure unit that unlocks with a card or your phone and charges you for what came out. It fits where a market will not go, and it is the better answer when a machine cannot hold real food.
Where does a smart cooler fit best?
Lobbies, upper floors and satellite buildings are the usual spots, along with anywhere staff cannot leave the floor for long. Many sites run a market in the main breakroom and coolers everywhere else.
What can it hold?
Fresh meals, drinks and grab-and-go items. We build the mix around what your people buy and adjust it as their habits change.
What payment options are available?
Tap, chip, swipe and mobile wallets are standard on every unit we install, and cash still works. Micro markets and smart coolers can also run on market cards, employee credits and payroll deduction if you want the room to work as a perk.
What does this cost us to get started?
For most locations, nothing. The consultation is free, the design is free, and if you move forward we own, install and maintain the equipment at no cost to you. You provide the space and a power outlet.
Is there a contract?
Yes. We put the agreement in writing so both sides know the equipment we install, the service schedule we hold to, the product standards and the term. Ask during the walkthrough and we will go through it with you before you sign anything.
